This program is a strength and conditioning program designed to help kids develop a life long love of fitness. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump regardless of whether they play athletics.
CrossFit will help kids build self-confidence, promote teamwork, and challenge them while performing the fundamental movements of everyday life. We aim to make fitness fun!
Any RPAL Member is welcome to stop by one of our classes to see what CrossFit is all about. Please note: The class schedule will change slightly through the holiday season. We will not have classes on these dates:
Thursday, Nov. 24th: Thanksgiving
Monday, Dec. 26th; Thursday, Dec. 29th; and Monday, January 2nd
(Christmas break); New Year's weekend
