This year, Helen Field of the Retired Public Employees Association (RPEA) hosted a toy drive luncheon to collect toys for youth at the Roseville Police Activities League that need assistance.  Each member brought an unwrapped toy to the lunch for the RPAL youth.   RPAL appreciates their assistance and commend them for their compassion during the holidays.  This is the second year they have contributed to RPAL.
