Questions:
Who can participate in RPAL?
Boys and girls between the ages of 8 and 17 who attend school or live in the city of Roseville are eligible to participate in the Roseville Police Activities League programs. Individuals may join an activity any time during the year. However, programs change periodically and space is limited in some programs.
A parent or guardian must complete an application and sign a liability waiver to enroll their child in RPAL.
Is there a fee?
There is an annual membership fee of $25 for those who can afford to pay. The fee entitles members to all activities for one year from when you signed up. The completed application and fee can be mailed or dropped off at the Roseville Police Department -

What does a membership include?
With the $25 annual fee, participants can take part in our Boxing and Martial Arts programs (which take place throughout the year), our Summer Open Gym, and will have the option to go on at least one of our Field Trips.

How can I volunteer?
RPAL could not succeed without dedicated volunteers. If you are interested in volunteer opportunities, please call RPAL Coordinator Kendra Shonkwiler at 916-772-7725.
How can I donate?
RPAL is a non-profit organization with it's own board of directors and budget. RPAL depends almost entirely on the generosity of private citizens who understand the daily challenges young people face.
Your tax deductible contribution to RPAL can make a difference in the lives of Roseville youth. One hundred percent of your donation will be used for RPAL programming. You can mail a check to the Roseville PAL 1051 Junction Blvd. Roseville, CA 95678 (Attn: Sgt. Dyer).
